An account exists only if you signed in with Google or Apple. If you always played without signing in, there is no account: your progress lives only on your phone, and uninstalling the game removes it.
1. In the game
- Open Gummy Screws 3D and tap Options (the gear on the title screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the message and confirm.
2. By e-mail
Can't open the game? Send us an e-mail from any address. Tell us your nickname and whether you signed in with Google or Apple, so we can find your account.

- Right away: you are signed out on every device, you leave the Battle queue and you are hidden from the ranking.
- For 30 days: we keep the account in case you change your mind. Signing in again within those 30 days brings everything back: progress, nickname and ranking.
- After 30 days: our daily clean-up deletes, for good, your account (provider id and nickname), sign-ins, sessions, saved progress, Battle queue place and ranking rows.
- Kept longer: past Battle matches stay only as “deleted”, with no link to you, until they are removed 30 days after they were played. Deleted data can stay up to 7 more days in the database’s backups.
- Not kept by us: we never stored your e-mail address. Ads data is held by Google under its own policies.
